Hello! I’m Tim Mazur, a licensed real estate professional dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes and smart investment properties.

Thirteen years ago, after earning my Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Manitoba, I took a leap of faith and moved to Alberta to pursue a career in banking. With few connections but plenty of determination, I quickly gained valuable experience assisting clients with mortgages, personal banking, and business payment solutions.

Though I built a strong career in banking, real estate has always been my true passion — an industry I grew up admiring, watching my dad thrive in it for over 30 years. Today, I bring that same dedication, along with a customer-first mindset, to every client I work with. Outside of real estate, I serve as the board chair of my condo corporation, curl in a men’s league during winter, enjoy golfing in the summer, and spend quality time with friends and my French Bulldog, Walter.
